Real Estate Holdings:- Sept, 2005: HSDPInc. has acquired its first real estate holding. The old Methodist Church in Reger, Missouri. It is our goal to now restore the church to its original condition and return it to useful condition. Current plan is to use this facility as a "History Of Sullivan County Through Photographs"

Preservation Activities:- HSDPInc is currently working with the property owners of two historic sites in Sullivan County to have the properties placed on the "National Register Of Historic Places"
- HSDPInc has successfully submitted the Reger Methodist Church for the preliminary application phase for placement on the "National Register Of Historic Places"
- Made presentation to Milan City Council on the Preserve America Communities Program
Rejected by City Council - Contact with local schools in regards to educational programs on local history and projects for students relating to local history
- Presentation to Milan City Council on the importance of restoration to the economy of the area, and expressed a desire to work with the City on restoration
- Continued efforts for the preservation and restoration of the Henry Cemetery in conjunction with "The Board For The Friends Of The Henry Cemetery"
- Continued efforts on the preservation and restoration of the "Montgomery Log Cabin"
Restoration Fund Raising temporarily placed on hold due to a change of ownership and promises of new owner to help with it's preservation - Continued research on Historic Sites in and around Sullivan County in order to catalog local resources and prioritize preservation and restoration projects
- Continued research and contact with organizations offering grant funds for historic preservation/restoration and economic development of historic resources
We are currently seeking:- Seeking volunteers to help in the clean up and restoration of current and future projects in and around Sullivan County, Missouri
- Seeking to add to our holdings of Historic Documents, photographs, etc. through items, "On Loan" or "Donated By"
